Use of the Hutton Tactical Arms & Ammo website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information.
Conduct of Business
Federal firearms license holder(s)for Hutton Tactical Arms & Ammo operate under and conform to all rules and regulations set forth in §US CFR Title 27: Alcohol, Tobacco Products and Firearms, Chapter II, Sub-chapter B , Part 478, Sub-part F
All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws/regulations.
Out-Of-State and Internet Sales
It is unlawful to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL).
For that reason, firearms purchased via Internet may picked up at our office or shipped to an FFL near you. We will contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s).
Sale of Ammunition
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be ground shipped with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
We do not sell ammunition to the following states: CA, CT, DC, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VT.
Delivery by Common/Contract Carrier
All orders are shipped from our in-office inventory or distributor/vendor(s) warehouses or within 1-3 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are valuable for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Shipping is provided on firearm orders for a flat fee of $10 unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final on transfer services, firearms, and ammunition — no returns or refunds.
Trademarks
Hutton Tactical Arms & Ammo and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by Hutton Tactical Arms & Ammo. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not Hutton Tactical Arms & Ammos’, in any manner that seeks to disparage or discredit Hutton Tactical Arms & Ammo or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.
Protecting Your Account
Some portions of this website permit usernames and passwords to be used. You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password and you agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.

Any unauthorized use of this websites voids the limited license granted by Hutton Tactical Arms & Ammo.

By registering at Hutton Tactical Arms & Ammo, you grant Hutton Tactical Arms & Ammo the right to contact you regarding new item listings, special sales, and other events as Hutton Tactical Arms & Ammodeems to be of interest to you.
